Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact match for the part in your photo but if this is for a jalousie window, the 39-005 shown in your printout or one of the other two operators we've related on this page would be our best replacement options. I personally prefer the 39-165K since the arm has removable links to get the link arm as close to the length of your original assembly as possible. Take a look and see what you think.
