Need Help ASAP Ordering Window Balances

Question

The window balances broke in a kitchen window for a new home that I helped manage to build. The new owners need these parts replaced asap because they are trying to rent out the home.

The following details are what I believe you need to identify the parts I need to replace:
1/2" width Channel Balance
18" metal channel
Unable to read the blue stamp, it scraped off
These were MI impact windows purchased from Builders First Source in 2021
I need two of these replacement parts
Please let me know if there is any additional information you need from me. I have attached several pictures for your reference. Considering the stamp is no longer legible and there are no other windows installed in that size, I was able to weigh the sash. It is 20 lbs.

Can you provide the lead time to delivery after placing the order?

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'd be happy to help you out with these balances, though due to their design they will have to be custom made. Depending on their availability, which I'm about to check on, that means that there might be a lead time of approximately 5-6 business weeks. I've been told that you needed these in a hurry, so I wanted to let you know that now before we go any further. These may not be something we can provide immediately.

With that in mind, can you tell me how many in total you wanted to buy? Once I know that, I can check on the availability and verify the lead time and cost.
