Hello can you please provide me with the proper replacement latch for my window in both sides. I don't know the Brand of Window but it was built by MI Homes in 2004 my Window Channel Balance replacement for DB F04 32C is the S795-32 32C with 15-195 T-Lock Shoe. I am placing my order today. Do you know if I need any other items to replace that I don't know about?

Hi Kelly. This might be the 26-243 and 26-244 Tilt Latch pair, which are pretty common; but review the dimensions listed below to see if they match what you have. Let us know if anything seems off.

If the balances and tilt latches are accounted for and everything else seems to be in good order (e.g., sash locks), then you should be good to go. Let us know if you have further questions.
