Need Help Identifying Back Plate to Kitchen Drawer Glide

I have not been able to locate a back plate with this shape. This back plate has a notch in the front that acts as a stop for the glide. The rear of the plate is 2 1/4" tall. From the back to the front of the plate, the measurement is 2 1/4". The glide opening is 1 inch high and has a slight downward slant to accommodate the configuration of the glide. I have been to big box stores and local hardware stores and online trying to locate this bracket that is in the kitchen drawer cabinet in the 1992-built home we purchased. Hoping you can help.
