Need Help Identifying Balance and Top Sash Guide

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. We can supply this balance, but only as a custom order. Before we go any further, can you please tell me the exact weight of the sash, down to the ounce? Can you also tell me how many you needed?

Regarding the top sash guide, this is the old Milgard guide. This isn't made anymore, but you can use our 18-009 as an alternative. The catch is that you need to trim the top "lip" so that it's flush. That will give you the clearance you need to install.
