Need Help Identifying Closet Bi-fold Track Hardware

Hi,

I'm looking for some help to identify the track and hardware needed to install my wood bi-fold doors to my closet - I only have the bi-fold doors (no hardware at all). The opening from the inside trim is exactly 48" wide. The height from the floor up to inside top trim is 79-1/2".
