i'M LOOKING FOR REPLACEMENT HINGES AND DOOR CLOSER i DONT HAVE THE MAKE AND MODEL BUT NOTICED THAT THE BOTTOM HINGE HAVE NO SCREWES TO THE JANB ONLY TO THE THRESHOLD.

Your door pivots resemble the 79-125. Compare the dimensions with your old parts and see if they match up.
As far as the door closer goes, what I have done in the past was to neutralize the concealed closer and install a surface mounted closer like our 79-264. However, I am not sure you will be able to do that on your door. I believe your overhead concealed closer is either one made by Norton or LCN. You will need to contact a supplier of door closer hardware to get the exact closer you need.
