Need Help Identifying Specs for Channel Window Balance

A home owner from Jersey City, NJ says:
The attached photos are for a 1/2" channel balance that is 38" long. I have included pictures of the top and bottom ends, as well as the serial number on the channel itself. In case you are not able to read it, the serial number is 37DS48L and it also says B61 VD in small letters below it.

The superintendent of my building told me that he has purchased replacement balances from this site in the past, but he didn't remember the exact specs.

Please let me know which part I need, so I can place the order.

Hey, thanks for posting. I've narrowed this down to two possible channel balance Series: either our Series 351 or our Series 390 balances.

Now, as you can see, there is only one difference between these two Series, and that is their bottom shoe. The Series 351 uses the 15-002 while the Series 390 uses the 15-001. I can't quite tell what you have based on your pictures, though. Please carefully compare their dimensions to your own hardware and see which is a better match. You will have to check an undamaged balance, perhaps from the other side of the window.
