I’m trying to identify and purchase a replacement Truth (AmesburyTruth) single-arm casement window operator.
The hardware is stamped “RH 45136” on the base and “20810” on the arm. It’s also marked “TRUTH – Made in U.S.A.” with patent numbers U.S. Pat 4505601 / Canada 1986 / U.K. Pat 2135397.
This is a right-hand, front-mount, single-arm crank operator (not dual-arm). The arm has a dog-leg / offset-down bend coming out of the gearbox and connects to the sash with a clip-under style bracket.
The total arm length is approximately 9 inches (about 5 inches for the first section and 4 inches for the second section). The operator body measures roughly 5 inches wide. The handle spindle uses an 11/32" spline.
I’ve attached clear photos of the operator from multiple angles. Please confirm which replacement part number would be the correct match—or the closest current equivalent—and whether you carry the matching clip-under sash bracket if it’s sold separately.
