Need Help Identifying Window Operator

Home Owner from Green Bay, WI

Hello,

I have a window operator that appears to be a 39-253LB with a 39-451 cover, however it looks like there are some differences which maybe makes me think it is another part. The cover on my window operator appears to be permanently attached, the gear goes up into the cover. Can you tell me by these photos which part I should purchase to replace it? The gear is stripped and doesn't work.

Thank you,
Ryan

Hey there Ryan.

I agree with the parts you picked out. Your operator indeed looks like the 39-253LB and the cover is sometimes built into the operator base which appears to be the case here. The 39-451 will fit the 39-253LB base though since they're compatible parts.

Let me know if you have any other questions!
