Need Help Identifying a Replacement Part

2 1/2 inches long. 1 1/2 inch wheel. 3/8 inch thickness. The extra lateral groove is not original, it was caused by wear.

Thank you for posting. I think this might just be the inside portion of the roller unit. There should be an outer housing still installed in the door. Could I see the whole thing together? That will help me locate a replacement.

THANKYOU TOM, WE ARE CONTACTING OUR CUSTOMER FOR MORE INFO. HE SAID HE WILL TRY TO BRING US MORE NEXT WEEK.

In the meantime, if I had to guess, I'd say you might want to look at our 81-004. That's just a suggestion, though. You should definitely look at the outer housing first before you make a decision.
