Need Help Identifying the Correct Weather Strip for Purchase

We have Cradco casement windows and the weather strips are beginning to come off from the bottoms of the windows, so its probably time to replace them.  I have enclosed a photos of the end of the weather striping so you can see its shape.  This weather striping is gray in color and is 9/16 tall, and is creased in the center on the front facing side of the weather strip.  I can find no markings on this and can confirm this is the original weather striping which came with the windows.

It's tough to make out the shape of your seal from this photo, but it looks like it has an angled base. With that in mind, I'm going to recommend the 58-055. This also happens to be popular on casement windows and it may very well work for you.

In fact, I recommend ordering a sample of it from this page. That way you can try it out before you commit to a purchase.
