Need Help Locating Right Pivot and Hook

We need a replacement parts for these pivot shoes, clip?, and hook?. I believe its pivot 15-191 and S160-7.

I agree that your pivot shoe resembles the 15-111 or heavy-duty 15-191 pivot shoe shown below. They are used with the S160 coil springs but the strength portion of your stamp looks like it may have worn off. If so, I would recommend weighing your sash and dividing the weight by the number of coils used on both sides of the window to choose the corresponding strength option. Thank you!
