Need Help On What Part I Need For Window #1

I have attached 4 images of my window crank assembly and am hoping you can assist with identifying exactly what I need and the price.
The window hinges are on the left looking out the window.
The arm attaching to the crank is 5".
The other leg is 3.5".

Thanks for posting. I think you should start by looking at our 39-146 and 39-147 and see if you think these could work for you.
