I need help identifying the parts I need for my windows.
This is an off market brand a contractor brought as I am unable to get the one from the window out.
I need both the left and right sash guides.

Unfortunately, this top sash guide has been discontinued and we have not been able to locate a suitable replacement. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
