Need Help Purchasing Correct Block and Tackle Window Balances

A home owner from Foothill Ranch, CA says:
I need help with purchasing 4 Block and Tackle Window Balances. I've identified the 28'' series 351 channel balance Product Code S351-28 on your site as a good replacement for my window balance but with a couple of issues. My top and bottom don't seem to match up. Below is some information to go with the pictures that may help identify the top and bottom.

p4100001.jpg - the number on my block and tackle
p4100003.jpg - the top - 3/8 of an inch
p4100004.jpg - the top - 9/16 of an inch
p4100005.jpg - the bottom (winged) - looks to be 1 inch across - one wing is broken off
P4100006.jpg - the bottom - 7/8 of an inch across

Thank you.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Thanks for posting. I agree, the Series 351 is close. I think the top attachment, the 19-002, is fine. The bottom has wings, though, which is the only significant difference. I think our 15-005 can replace this, though it will have to be specially made since using the 19-002 top and 15-005 bottom isn't a standard combination. I will email you a special order link for 4 of these right now. This will include a price quote.
