Need Help Replacing Andersen Sash Balances

Hello, I have a double hung Anderson window (glass dimensions on both panes is 28 1/2 in wide by 34 in high.

Sending two photos, we believe the Anderson model number is 11600-17.

Can you please confirm what replacement sash balancers I need, need to replace both

Perhaps I can be of assistance. Since both the top and bottom sashes are equal, you should be able to use the Andersen Narroline 24-11R for the balance that you show. You will need the 24-11L for the opposite side of the window.
