The old part has no indented stamps. Only the ink stamp "26 9 BX CMC 7". We ordered S385-27 option 2610. Everything fit fine, it just wasn't strong enough to hold up the window. The windows are double pane vinyl windows. Need your help in choosing the right "strength" option.

Thanks for reaching out. The stamp from your balance cannot be cross-referenced with the stamps our balances have. This is an older rating system that isn't really used anymore.
To select the correct stamp option, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your window and then review the chart below the product description of the S385-27 balances. You'll be able to use the chart to identify the weight range your balances should support.
