I am replacing a channel balance in a double-hung window, and believe I have the correct type - 27" Series 380 Channel Balance - but can't determine the weight from the stamp on the balance.
The printed markings are: "26 9 HW CMC 11"

Hi there!
The stamp on your channel balance may be outdated. You'll need to remove and weigh your window sash to determine which option you'll need. There is a chart on the Series 380 product page that explains how to choose your option based on the sash weight.
