Need Help in Finding the Correct

Hello. The coil balance in one of my bathroom windows broke today. I'm unsure if you have the parts I need so I've sent a few photos which may help. The balance is 1/2" wide and is stamped with either a 6 or 9. I'm thinking it's probably a 9. I would like to purchase two new coil balances, as well as the corresponding plastic accessories, as the plastic is beginning to deteriorate slightly. My windows are just over 20 years old.
