Need Help in Finding the Correct

A home owner says:
Hello. The coil balance in one of my bathroom windows broke today. I'm unsure if you have the parts I need so I've sent a few photos which may help. The balance is 1/2" wide and is stamped with either a 6 or 9. I'm thinking it's probably a 9. I would like to purchase two new coil balances, as well as the corresponding plastic accessories, as the plastic is beginning to deteriorate slightly. My windows are just over 20 years old. I would appreciate your help in finding the right parts, if you have them. If additional photos or dimensions are required, please let me know. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you.

Your pivot shoe is actually an older version of our 15-180, which uses our Series 190 coil springs, 15-186 clip and 15-182 drum. Thanks for posting!
