Need Help to Identify and Order the Replacement Parts for the Window Block and Tackle Balances

Hi,

I have 4 window spring loaded balancers that will need to be replaced. I can't identify the manufacturer from neither the window or any part of the rails as well as from the part. Attached here are the pictures of the part with different positions. The size I can measure is 28" x 1/2" x 1/2" (maybe my measure is off because all I can find online are 28" x 5/8" x 9/16"). Can you help to identify the correct part from the pictures, and advise me the cost of the parts so I can start to order?

Hi, Hui.

It looks like you have a Series 775 channel balance. You'll just need to weigh your window sash and determine the width of your original shoe to choose the correct specifications. There is a chart under the product description that will tell you which option to choose based on the sash weight.
