I have a Caldwell Sash Balancer that broke and try to understand what part number I need to order. It measures 28" long, tip to tip an 27" long is the alum channel. It's marked "26 3 CQ Caldwell. I'm attaching a picture and would appreciate it if you can tell what part to order. It looks like a 26" SERIES 385 CHANNEL BALANCE but is longer. The channel is approx 9/16" wide x 5/8" high.
