Need Help with Pivot Balance Shoe & Cam Pivots

Handy Person from Kansas City, MO
Rebuilding some windows and recently purchased Pivot Retainers (Product Code: 15-056) that fit the shoe.  I now realize the shoes are not staying in place because of wear and a couple are broken.  I've attached photos of the shoes and the pivots.  Please let me know if you have something that will work.  I believe these are Anderson Windows circa 1995 but cannot find any identifying marks.  Not sure how to remove the shoes to show that. Need parts for 4 windows.  Cam pivots are L/R configured.
Thank you so much!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your pivot shoe is a match for the 15-105, but I'm afraid the pivot bar is no longer available. Customers have reported that the 26-041 can work in its place. Take a look and see what you think.

Thank you Emily! I'll order the parts you've identified.

On the pivot shoe removal, these windows are very heavy aluminum and the "spreading tool" shown in the video provided would damage the window, as aluminum will not spring back into place after spreading like vinyl does.  However, I now see that there's a vinyl track that (I think) can be removed, which would allow the shoes to be removed or inserted. Thanks again for all you help!

No problem! If you cannot remove the track, watch the video below, which explains how to remove the pivot shoe using the cut-out method.
