Need Help with a Window Part

Quick Learner from United States
I am trying to identify the part at the top of the window that retains the window balance.

Attached is a picture of the window model information and a picture of the broken plastic part with the Phillips head screw at the top of the channel for the window balance.

Thanks for contacting us. If I may, we'd like to ask for you to remove the top sash guide and provide us with the width of the guide that fits into the sash, the total height of the guide, and the screw hole placement from the top to the center of the hole. Once we have all of that information, we will be able to respond back with more recommendations.

Quick Learner
The width of the guide is 5/8 inch. Total height of the guide is 1 9/16 inches. Hole in the guide is 1 inch from top of guide. Hole in the sash is 7/8 inch from top of window.

Sorry for the delay... Was out of town.

Take a look at our 18-127 and 18-166 top sash guides. One of these may work for you, but be sure to carefully compare the dimensions on our product page to your guide. Thank you!

I ordered the 18-127. That worked and I have installed them in the window. Everything works great. Thanks for the help.
