90-301 is way too short. I need 1 1/2 inch from center of rivet hole to very top of keeper. 90-283 is the closest I can find for my window. Any other keepers or is 90-283 the one I need?

The 90-283 is the best option we can provide, but we cannot guarantee a direct fit as the distance from the middle of the installation hole to the top is 1-5/8" apart. Please see below:
