Need LH replaced

We have three left hand windows geers that have been stripped. The house was built in 1983. I am finally taking steps to get these parts replaced. It's been way over due since I love the smell of the spring coming through my windows refreshing the indoor air from the winter.

I've been trying to purchase these parts. The geers, the handles. And the arms. But, I don't know what the part numbers are. If you need more photos please contact me and I'll get more forwarded in a quick manner.

We not ready "yet" to turn the air conditioner on. So I'm hoping for a fast service.

Hello! We definitely sell all the parts you need to get this window working again. It's a little tough to be 100% sure while the operator is still installed, but I'm thinking it's a match for our 39-032. Review its dimensions and let me know if they differ in any way. We have other options, so I'm confident we can get you whatever you need. See our 39-031 for the opposite side. 

As for the handle and cover, you can use our 39-114L and 39-107, respectively. That said you can also just reuse your originals, if you wanted to. It's ultimately up to you.

Dearest Tom, thank you for your reply however your match part number 39-032 does not look the same. l took another picture and I have forwarded it to you. I'm not Allowed to remove the wood that sits on top of the casing.. lol per my husband!!

Hope you can still help look for the part with

The "two gears" that are on the right side of the turn crank handle.

Please contact me asap. Time is limited as I have asked my nephew yo help us replace this before he goes back to work. Thank you for your time.

Thank you for this new photo. Unfortunately, I don't see anything in this picture that differs from our 39-032. Can you clarify exactly what's different? Is it a matter of size? In terms of design they appear identical to me.
