I have two styles of Better-bilt window. Both have a lower sash to raise and the window tilts. One is aluminum the other a plastic. I need side latches for both. The aluminum window latch is approx 2.5 inches long with a screw at each end, a slide lever in the center and a night latch which is a metal post to slide. The plastic latch is about 2 inches long with a slide tab near the frame and one screw opposite the slide lever. I have photos but this area will not let me include here. Thanks
One is an Aluminum Latch, and the second if a Plastic window latch.

Thanks for posting! The plastic tilt latch you have appears to be the 26-351 Better-Bilt Window Latch, Pair. To determine if this is the right replacement, carefully review and compare the dimensions below.

Alternate image for 26-351
I'm sorry to say we wouldn't be able to supply you with a suitable replacement alternative for the night latch. It was discontinued and I do not believe they're made any longer. Our sincerest apologies that we cannot be of help with this part of your repair.

26-351 looks like the image on the right. Do you have a replacement for the image on the left? The one with two screws. Thanks

Again, our sincerest apologies we cannot be of more help.
