Measurements No 1/2" post

Good morning! I received the subject order #2344612. Unfortunately, this does not work for our window. Please see below photos.
There is no hole in the outer driving gear. On mine its the black gear. For the 1st pic to insert into.
Please advise.

Thanks for reaching out to us. It sounds like you may be looking for a version of this lock with a peg. I wonder if yours simply fell out. If that's the case, the 38-170 has a 1/2" post/peg. I recommend you compare the specifications with an undamaged version of your old lock to confirm.

We cannot use with peg. Please see previous pic sent as the peg is sticking out from window frame. We need exactly what was ordered but requires a hole for the window frame peg.

I see what you mean. There could be two cases here. The first one being that the peg in your initial batch of photos (3rd photo) came out of the lock and is stuck. We recommend seeing if you can pull it out if you haven't already.
The second case could be that the peg is built into the lock bar which isn't something we've seen before. Unfortunately, we won't be able to help if this is the case. We don't have a lock that has a hole like yours. That isn't a configuration that we're familiar with so your best bet may be to contact the original manufacturer of the window, whoever they may be.
