Need Lock for Basement Door

Can I have a similar lock with a key for my basement sliding glass door?
Please see the dimensions and pictures attached.

Hello there. Without seeing the original lock for this door in question I can't be certain, but you likely can use the 82-218 mortise lock. Take a look at the dimensions and see if you think it would fit your door.

For the handle set, take a look at the 82-030A. This has an outside key lock. Let me know if you have questions.
