Take a look at our 82-218. I believe this is what you're looking for, but just make sure the dimensions match. Also see the video below on how to replace this kind of hardware.

Thanks for your help.. Does the lock come with hardware handles etc? We need that as well.

No, the lock is sold by itself. Do you still have your old handles around? If so, I'd like to see them. If not, I will at least need to see the installation holes. I will also need to know the distance between the two outermost installation holes, center-to-center. Thanks!

Thank you. Were you able to get the distance between the two outer holes? I suspect it may be 3-15/16", but please double check just to be sure. If so, take a look at our 82-035 handle set.

Hi,
I am responding for my husband about the above lock..

This was your reply...

From center to center the outer holes are 4". So will the above lock you recommended still work?

Please contact me and let me know.

I strongly believe they are really 3-15/16". This is a very popular hole spacing, while I've never actually heard of a glass patio door handle having a 4" hole spacing. Make sure to measure from the center of each hole, not their edges.

You are right! I had my husband measure.

So do I just need to order the 82-218 lock and the
82-035 handle set?

Thank you so much!!

Great! Yes, it looks like you still have your keeper, so as long as the measurements match up I think you'll be okay with just these two parts.

Hi,
We received our lock and handle set...the 82-035 handle set has a wood handle and a metal white handle...Question is does the wood handle go inside the house or outside of the house?

The wood handle is meant to go inside the house. This is also the handle that holds the thumb lever in place. Let me know how it works out!

This is exactly the door my mom has. We ordered a different handle and lock (before we found the info on the door), and it is very hard to do. I think it may just not be the best fit. I may order both of the parts you mention. What is the "keeper"?

The keeper is the plate to which the mortise lock secures in order to keep the door locked. If you look at the image collage on the very first post in this thread back on 10/11/14, the keeper is in the bottom right picture. Yours may look different.
