Hello, thank you for posting,
Is the original pivot bar completely missing from the window sash. Is it still installed on the other side of the window or do you have an similar windows that still have the bar that we could review the original style? Please let me know to move forward. Thank you!

Are you able to show us a picture of the other side with the intact pivot bar? The pictures provided are of the metal channel balance and T-lock shoe. The pivot bar that is on the bottom of the window sash that engages with the T-lock shoe.
Once we can see a picture of the original pivot bar, we can determine which style is needed.

The pivot is identical on both sides.
