Need Mepla hinge installed in 1988

Question

Shows as Made in Austria.
Numbers shown on the backside are:

624.310 11.00

The T shaped part, separate from the hinge, shows as Made in W Germany and has number 317.933.55.00

The first photo above shows a good hinge mounted on the door.

It doesn't look like we carry an exact replacement for the hinge in your photos but we do carry a few that are similar. Start with our 32-344, 32-346, or 32-349 and see how the dimensions and specifications compare to yours. Thanks for posting!
