Hi there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. It's strange that your metal channel measures 26-3/4" long. It should be 27" based on your stamp. Can you double-check that and confirm for us?

Yes. It is 27" long. Sorry about that. Which replacement will you recommend? Thanks

Thank you kindly! What you have here isn't part of our stock catalog, but we can still assist you with a custom order. Can you show us a photo of the underside of the bottom shoe? We'd like to confirm the code on it. Additionally, how many balances are you looking to order?
