Thanks for reaching out to us. The number you gave is sometimes associated with the 82-080 handle set but it's hard to get a good look at your old hardware from this angle. Can you show us a straight-on shot of the handle set? It would also be helpful to see the mortise lock.

Thank you for the additional photos! Based on these new photos, my official recommendation is the 82-080 handle set. Just note, we don't sell replacement dummy handles. You can still use the 82-080 for the dummy side but you will have to discard the thumb lever.

Thank you. The lever I need is for right hand pull, the one you are recommending is left hand. Is there a right handler?

The 82-080 can actually work for both left and right-hand doors interchangeably.
