Need New Downrods and clips. Also One broken plastic peice

Question

I have attached the pics requested they are 30" I will also need the clips and there is a broken plastic piece that I think I will need as well.

I'm less sure about your top sash guide. It really comes down to your specific dimensions, which I can't make out based on just a tape measurer. See our 18-166 to start and see if our pictures and measurements match yours.
