Need New Sweep under Door

I'm afraid that I don't know what this door is. The provided image does not tell me what kind of sweep is used, so I'm not able to make a recommendation.

We may have something, but in order to get started I will need a clear photo of the sweep itself, specifically its end profile. Written measurements of the end profile shape would also be a huge help.
