Need New Weatherstripping for a Stanley exterior door

The weather stripping for my Stanley exterior door is tearing away. Can you identify the correct replacement? Pictures are attached. The following numbers and description are on the door label:

It's hard to tell what weatherstripping you have based on these images, since I cannot see its shape. However you might have our 58-008. Check it out and see what you think.
