Thanks for writing in. Take a look at our 39-044 and 39-045 Getty Operators. Go over the dimensions and see if you think these are what you need.

To determine the swing, am i facing the window and if the window open to my left then that would be a left hand operator?

I also need handles for these as well if you can let me know which one. Thank you.

Based on how you're describing your window, and judging from the pictures of your old operator, the 39-044 is the correct choice. This operator comes with a crank handle already built-in. Let me know if you have any other questions.
