Need Outside Door Lock for 450 SGD : SWISCO.com

The door jam label says Series 450 SGD, then later includes the code R-PG20-1816x2629. I am looking for a replacement set of parts that includes the outside key door lock.

Your handle set reminds me of the 82-081. This measures 4-15/16" on the installation hole centers and includes a keyed exterior pull. Review the specifications and see if they match what you're searching for.
