Need PGT Top Sash Guide

The little bubble stops it from going in the top of the window.    Should she file it down?

Thanks for reaching out to us. This reminds me of the 18-015 PGT top sash guide. You can indeed file down the bubble slightly so the top sash guide will fit at the top of the sash. That should work just fine.
