Thanks for writing in. Your crank handle might be our 39-205 or 39-114L. Just see if the diameter of the spline that the handle fits onto is 11/32". However, there's a chance the gear is stripped; if so, you'd need to replace the operator outright. We can help you do this, but we need to see the operator out of the window, so we have a full view of the link arm(s). Let us know if you have any other questions.
