Need Part Circled

A contractor from Texas says:
The item that is circled is the part I am trying to identify. TRUTH is the manufacturer but I am unable to locate the correct hole pattern. I believe it is the "Maxim operators" series. Any help help is greatly appreciated.

Best Regards

Mike

Emily from SWISCO responded:

Thank you for reaching out to us, Mike. It looks like you have our 39-221B operator. We also sell the 39-451 cover and handle if you needed that as well. Look over the specifications and see what you think.

A contractor from Texas says:
Hello, the part I ordered varies a little in the length. The stainless steel part that is broken is 5-1/2" long vrs. the new part is 4-7/8". Is there another part from TRUTH that will accommodate this?

Thank you for your help

I'm afraid we don't sell an operator with these exact specifications. However, we do have a suggestion. You can drill out the arms for both operators and install the old link arm on the new operator. You'll need the 62-014 rivet to do so. What you want to do is place the elbow of the link arm on a metal plate and hammer the 62-014 rivet until the skinny end mushrooms out and locks it in place.
