Need Part ID's For Striker Plates

I have attached several photos of the damaged strikers for my two PGT Series 2500 sliding glass door closures. The length of the striker base plate is 2.5 inches and the distance between the two screws holding each of the strikers in place is 2 inches.
Please let me know if you need any additional information.

Yes - This is exactly the part that I need. I would like to order two of these items as both of the strikers on either end of the sliding glass doors have become damaged over time.
