Hello,

I have PGT SH-4000 windows that I need to balances for and the clips on the top please.

Thanks for contacting us. Please take a look at our S395-26 channel balance. This comes assembled with a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom balance shoe. Please get back to us with the stamped number on your balance in order to determine which option to go with. As for our top sash guide, see our 18-166 for consideration.

Ok thank you. Neither of the ba have a stamp on them.

Then you will need to remove and weigh the window sash. Can you come back with that weight?
