Hello,

Your spiral balance looks like a match to either our S600 or S900, depending on the diameter of the tube. Unfortunately, the pivot shoe that works with your spiral balance is too damaged for us to identify. If you can remove one that's in better condition and provide the width and thickness, we'd be happy to continue researching for you. 

As for your coil balance assembly, take a look at our15-087 housing pivot and S180 coil springs. Thank you!
