Thank you for reaching out to us. Your cover and handle are a match for the 39-107 and 39-114L. The worm gear in your photos can't be replaced or repaired, so you must replace the operator assembly. We can help with this, but we'll need photos of the window open so that the whole operator assembly is visible.
