Need Parts for Crystal 100 Series Windows

Question

I need pivot bars, spiral balances, tilt latches, balance covers and weather stripping, chimney blocks, balance covers for this series windows.  Also the shoe that sits at the bottom of the balance mechanism.

Hello and thanks for contacting SWISCO. Unfortunately the sticker or manufacturer can't tell us much about what your window needs. Most manufactures use generic parts, so there's no way to be able to say exactly what you need without more information. Would you be able to provide photos of each part you need, clear and undamaged? This is the only way to properly identify what you need. Thank you.
