Need Pivot Bar Assistance

Hello -
I wonder if you can help me find a compatible pivot bar for my Paramount Window - or a genuine Paramount part.

It is 3" long in total.
There are 2 screw holes opposite of the pivot point. One is 3/8" from the inside and the next is 1 3/8" from the inside.
There are two little nubs that stick out on the sides and one little nub on top
There is a marking: the number 5 inside of a circle
