Thank you for reaching out to us. It doesn't appear we have an exact match for this part. Can you remove the sash from the window and show us a good side of the balance shoe? That may help with our search.

The picture of the part on the yellow pad is what I took out from the side of the window The front plastic piece you have to pry that back take this part out in the spring that this part holds down is under that same plastic molding not on the window itself but on the side of the window I hope this helps.

I'll try but it won't be till next week it's very difficult to hold that plastic part out to take the piece out that broke so I don't know if I can get a good picture of it but I'll try next week and be in touch thank you

What you have here is a very old style wood window. Most parts for this kind of window aren't made much anymore, and while we do have some old wood window hardware, our selection is very limited.
Going by your photos alone, I'm sorry to say that I don't recognize the piece in question. Based on your description it sounds like a kind of pivot shoe, which is what Emily also surmised, but if it is then it's unlike any pivot we sell. We would need to see one in undamaged condition in order to research a possible match, but I want to make it clear that there is a good chance we won't have this. I don't want to get your hopes up or anything, so keep that in mind as you try to get us another photo.
