Need Pivot Shoe

Hi,

Hope you can help me select the correct Pivot Shoe for my older Vinyl Windows (30+ years old).

Attached are photos of the current Pivot Shoe. I believe it's 5/8" thick x 1 1/4" width x 2" Height at corners (Note: Height at center is 2 1/8")

Additionally, does SWISCO have the White Tip 29" Series 600 Spiral Balance?
Can't find it on your website.

Thanks for reaching out to us. The manufacturer of your pivot shoe is no longer in business. The exact thickness of your pivot shoe is 9/16", so you should use the15-118. Regarding the S600-29 white tip, you can opt for the red tip, as it can accommodate a wider range of sash weights.
